Centralized stablecoin issuers like Circle and Tether can freeze or destroy tokens at any address. This tracker documents every on-chain blacklist, unblacklist, and destroy event, giving you a transparent record of issuer intervention across Ethereum and Tron.

EURC is not currently included in the live tracker. Circle often mirrors the same blacklist action across USDC and EURC, which produces many zero-balance EURC events. Pharos will only re-enable EURC once those mirrored no-balance rows can be classified without hiding real EURC signal.
